"Expensive valet parking. Housekeeping requests took almost 2 hours. No one at front desk during check out times and when someone did show up their attitude clearly reflected how they didn’t want to be there/assisting guests. "

View from the window is a wall with other rooms windows. Can pretty much see in the other rooms if the drapes are open. "

"View nice hotel for its proximity to pier 39. No breakfast but can make s’mores on firepit at night. Clean and comfortable rooms. It was pretty quiet when we stayed. Really enjoyed it would stay again."
