"The room was clean. The bed was a twin but could be made into a double. The bracket had be left on one of the twin bed which we kept banding into our leg every time we walk passed. Which was a lot. "

"The hotel is located within easy walking distance of public transport. The room was comfortable and generally calm. Reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is really excellent. Certainly one of the best I have used, well provisioned with excellent equipment, water, apples (a really nice touch) and towels. The only complaint is that we had to ask for the room to be 'refreshed'. "

"The room was cleaned altought the bathroom floor was having some lines of mould. The staff were ok. the houskeeper how attend us didn't know who to sort a baby cot and we have to call several times to fix it. the breakast varieaty was good mixed of english breakfast and pastries andd fruits and bread. one of the staff who was tidying the breakfast was't very polite,she was cleaning the only2 coffees machies before the close time, and I was unable to take my coffee as she was rude on her approach and didn't give alternative of apologies, very rude face. the rest of the staff didn;t see them smile or give a nice gesture.all very quiet and plain face. Maybe some training in communication and costumer service will be good. "

"Large hotel, Chalet style with large rooms, good amenities and clean bathrooms. Good choice of bar food and usually showing live sport, otherwise quieter more formal dinning room and lobby area serving drinks and food. Easy parking and very pleasant staff, overall very welcoming stay."
