Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic, architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from Al Jafliya Metro and Bus stand! Jumeirah and Le Mer Beach are about a 5 minute taxi ride away. Dubai Museum of the Future is about 20 minutes walk away or 2 stops away on the metro. The staff at the hotel was amazing. So polite, so helpful and so welcoming. The...

Really friendly, helpful staff and great location.

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

Easy check in. My partner and I were there for two weeks and we just needed a place to sleep so it was more than perfect and I'm very fussy. Shuttles service to the metro, Dubai mall, kite beach and JBR provided all at certain times with a pick up also excluding JBR. With the metro it's very easy to get anywhere. 2minz walk from hotel and you'll find a papa johns if you don't want to eat at the restaurat, Starbucks and many other restaurants along this road. Food is amazing no matter where you...

Room spotless, staff go over and above expectations, free car park and well organised settin

It always leaves up to our expectations, facilities are great and location is convenient. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very polite. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Thank you again Andrew (front entrance) and Yassine (reception) for the exception customer service!

My wife and 2 kids had a Wonderful stay at the Element Al Mina Hotel. Spacious and well decorated living space. Great staff, helped with so many of our requests. Will 1000% be back. Great central location to get to everywhere in Dubai.

Good

We arrived at The Grayton hotel on the Saturday 12th November 2022. We were impressed by the decor as we walked into the hotel lobby. The staff in the reception area were polite and informative. We were told that the hotel had been able to offer us a free room upgrade which was a very pleasant surprise. The room we were upgraded to was very spacious and clean, there was a bath in the bathroom, in addition to a shower. There was a lot of storage space, including drawers and a wardrobe. Air...

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Service is excellent from check in, up to housekeeping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and hop on and hop off buses.

We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

Very different chic boutique hotel with central open courtyard. Excellent breakfasts and Cafe style food. Perfectly placed in the centre of the old town

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and so clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We will be definitely staying here again. The location is good as your central to everywhere. There is also a bus to the beach which only took 10 minutes and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Good over all

I had a really pleasant stay here for two nights as a solo traveller. The heritage vibe was totally different from any of my experiences on previous trips to Dubai. The hotel is spread out across the Al Seef Heritage Village in which there are numerous, high quality dining and retail opportunities. There is a bar tucked away on the first floor of the Indian supermarket on the waterfront too if you fancy a beer overlooking Dubai Creek. Loved the retro style of the room, which was spotlessly...

VERY COURTEOUS STAFF. TOOK CARE OF EVERY NEED. MY STAY WAS COMFORTABLE AND MEMORABLE. WOULD STAY HERE ALWAYS.

This is a modern hotel with the best design of bedrooms that I have ever seen very practical but also very stylish. The staff are always helpful and make you feel welcome. Please Hilton don’t change anything
