Amazing hotel

It was the best hotel I was in terms of relationship between price and quality. Rooms are big and quite clean with all working in perfect conditions and with a very comfortable feeling. Indian restaurant is amazing which made us eat there every day. Breakfast needs to be well improved to be at the same level of the rest (service was 5 stars but the food needs to be more and diversified). It was an amazing experience and to repeat.

Great value for money

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff on reception. The pool staff, restaurant and cleaners were very polite. On arrival there were some unsightly marks around the bathroom that needed cleaning, the curtains were damaged as was the sink plug. We found the bed and pillows a bit hard and uncomfortable and on reflection we would have preferred a location closer to the beaches as its very difficult to walk in Dubai because of the traffic and huge distances. But the pool area was great and overall it was excellent value for money

Deira Dubai

Stayed at Grayton for 4 -5 days, Situated in Deira, very busy area shopping and business. Great area for exposing the Gold, Perfune and Spice Souk. Much cheaper to live than around JBR and the Palm if you want to spend more time in Dubai and discover other areas. Lovely hotel, good gym and Pool area. Spa is good also for massage. Food is good. Staff and service good also.

Excellent imperfect hotel

Overall an excellent hotel. It have the impression of being an epic place when it opened but had taken its eye off the ball slightly with various bits and pieces no longer working as they should, but nothing major and had other things going for it such as location, room size and design. Bar on ground floor was friendly and underused. Breakfasts there was buffet and good quality and selection for all tastes east and west

Needs to Pay Attention to Housekeeping

First day was terrible. AC and cleanliness issues in my room but the management resolved them within 24 hours. The hotel needs to change the tettered towels and sheets.

I stayed at the hotel recently for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and stylish rooms and amenities. But what really made my stay special was the excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to the front office staff "Soukaina" who was very supportive & 5 star service hero indeed. She does her best to please the guest! Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grayton. The hotel itself is great, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

Had a little trouble at first with the air conditioning, not getting cold, but once the room was changed, everything was OK. Received some hard and chewy fish and chips from the restaurant which they refused to credit. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Great stay with great staff

Fantastic place with very helpful and efficient staff. Room was spacious and great value for money. The area in which the hotel is situated is a bit far from the main tourist sites but worth it.
