Introduction

Kovva, Cornish for hideout/lair, is a bedsit-type room providing a perfect high quality base for exploring North Cornwall. Open plan layout with king-size bed, kitchenette and small shower room.

Bedroom and Bathroom

The king-size bed has a memory foam mattress. The small en-suite bathroom has a walk in rainfall shower. Towels and locally made herbal infused toiletries are included.

For Relaxing

Underfloor heating keeps you warm and cosy in the cooler months. The sitting area has a 50" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and a Soundbar.

Practicalities

The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge with icebox and kitchen sink.

Please note: this property only has limited facilities and does not have a countryside/sea view, cooker or hob.

There is no allocated private patio area, although, there is a shared seating area with outstanding rolling Cornish countryside and sea views. Access to a larger shared grounds with BBQ area. There is parking nearby.

A little piece of heaven

An adults only site with a wide range of types of accommodation (and prices) to suit all needs. Really accommodating and helpful on arrival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment has everything you require and is well designed and finished to a high specification. Situated in a quiet village it is easy to access Bude either by car or on foot (50 mins - 1 hr). Lots to do and see in the area so if you want to explore or just enjoy the tranquillity this is a perfect base.
