This was the perfect trip! Our hosts were extremely helpful and we loved the property. Definitely eat in the kitchen rather than in your room! Absolutely lovely breakfast! All in all, a great couple of days!

Fantastic stay in Cottage Lodge hotel in the centre of Brockenhurst. Warm welcome by the owner on arrival, beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and your own outside space. Great wifi The building is charming and spotlessly clean, all the staff is friendly, smiley and ready to answer your questions. Breakfast was delcious made with quality local products. We look forward to returning!

Top place and wonderful staff.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. I have to say, this was a perfect stay. Single traveller. From arrival to departure, the staff and service were faultless The cabines are super. The attention to detail very good indeed. Great traditional B&B with the added bonus of a great gin bar manned by experts! Great for eating out with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Had a lovely weekend at the Oak Tree Rooms, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Paulina and Bruno were very accommodating and let drop off my bag before check in and leave it there after check out. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of hiking. Would happily recommend this to anyone - especially if traveling by train as it’s very close to the station.

An amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Every single employee treated me and my partner well and they went abohe and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The food was fantastic and the best steak i have ever eaten. Big shoit out to Paul who worked there on making us feel at home.

I was solo female traveler and I really liked the property. I felt safe and the staff was very nice. I felt welcoming in the bar also and I didn't feel uncomfortable being on my own. Thank you very much for an amazing stay and I am definitely coming back!

What a wonderful find the hotel is set in a wonderful part of the New Forest Bucklers Hard. Beaulieu. Exbury gardens. Every staff member was very helpful, charming and professional. The hotel and grounds are very nice. Overlooking Beaulieu river. The food was excellent, the restaurant - Bar staff were amazing. The room was very nice. The whole experience was relaxing and we were looked after very very well. Will be returning at some point in the near future

We arrived on the Friday afternoon, they let us check in at 2.30pm even though check in isn't until 3pm as our room was ready! The room was great, very clean and we brought our dog with us, they even provided a dog bowl and food mat for him- which we where very impressed with.. the whole weekend was just suburb, all the staff where great and nothing was to much trouble, they even let us have breakfast in the lounge area so that our dog could sit with us. We would defiantly go back!

Amazing hotel and spa and have been a number of times. Stayed for two nights and had an amazing spa day with two treatments. Decided to upgrade to a superior garden twin room which was adequate but if I was being extra picky there are a couple of observations that would have improved the room itself. There was no safe or full length mirror and the wardrobe and draw space were tiny also there was nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup and dry our hair. Booked and arrived the same day as a last minute visit. It is in the middle of no where, so do plan your travel first. We arrived, checked in quickly, and was given room 35. This was in their new wing and was very nice. Staff were all friendly in the hotel. The swimming pool is small and very shallow at one end. Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.

We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were, every single one of them , I would highly recommend here and will definitely return , food is amazing , so much choice and large portions , we absolutely loved it .
