"Really nice accommodation, lovely location. Can’t complain in any respect. Evening dinner was not quite as enjoyable as l had hoped because the pie was a little too rich for me, though I’m sure it would be absolutely fine for other people. I would say this accommodation is “very good” but unfortunately the rating system jumps from “good” to “excellent”, with no option in between. I would definitely stay again."

"Room was clean, but there was no room service for example, no bed making (which is not a problem) no emptying of bins and no replacement of toilet rolls. The stair carpet was worn in places. For the price we paid for 3 nights it was expensive. A nice choice of breakfast continental or cooked, (you had to pay extra for this) Staff were friendly and parking okay."

"It was a nice stay, great location for Lymington and ultimately very good for the price. The parking is very convenient but we were sent the wrong code details and the instructions to find it were poor. The pub and the rooms have seen better days but the rooms were clean. tv only worked on some channels and the room was accessed by 3 1/2 sets of stairs so no good if you are challenged by stairs! All in all a nice stay, nice staff."
