Right in the city centre, just a few steps from the harbour!

Friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us, checked us in quickly, made sure we were confident with the city and where we were going to eat. The room was comfortable, spacious and had air conditioning.

The room and the bathroom were spavious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was also good.

Good location at bristol harbourside, but few amenities (e.g no fridge and shared ironing room). Get what you pay for

Really short stay, we spent very little time at the hotel. Cookie on arrival was a nice touch, brave having nuts in though. Breakfast was ok, but not much in the way of eggs, but that might have been timing. Well priced and central, free parking would have been appreciated.

Great central location. Reception, lounges and bar areas spacious Miller and Carter restaurant was excellent (for breakfast and evening meal) as was the beauty salon.
