Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. "I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and helpful. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
