"This was a great location, property clean. Very accesible to shops buses and restaurants. They replied to all of my emails when I communicated. Which I found to best form of contact. Good value for money. My only very minor issue I raised was the entry into the studio apartment has a smartlock which at times I found unrealiable. When I emailed property management they did reply and tried to call me back to resolve. Apart, that I enjoyed my stay at this studio apartment. "

"Loved the location which was walking distance to train station, lanes, shops, restaurants and promenade. Loved the parking which is such a problem in Brighton. The house is well kept and very comfortable but the stairs would be difficult for less physically able which is my only concern. Realistically it would be hard to find a place in Brighton that didn’t have stairs so regardless of this i do recommend staying there. "
