"The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean though a little dated. They are currently under renovations so future guests may see some room updates and repairs. The location was AMAZING, not far from the Tower Hill Station and just a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, good restaurants and small shops. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site, staff was hit or miss with service, food was fine though a little pricey, even for the area."

"Every member of staff we came across were wonderful. The hotel was perfectly situated for us to walk to The Shard and then to Shakespeare’s Globe. Couldn’t fault anything."

"We stayed in two CitizenM properties in London. It took so getting use to; it had everything we needed. The only problem was now where to put tow people’s luggage. Had to use the desk & hassock. Very clean. Aside from towels, liquid soap & lotion, not shower cap, etc. Use of iPad for controlling temperature, blinds, lights & tv. EVERYTHING we needed for a two night stay in London."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Apex City of London Hotel. The room was very very nice, extremely clean and had some special extras like a Nespresso machine. We also liked that it was a 5-minute walk from the Tower of London since this was one of the main attractions we were in London to see."

"Executive room was a great size, with a comfortable bed and seating area. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower cubicle. The aircon was very effective and not too noisy. Made use of the pool which was larger than I expected. The executive lounge was a good benefit and we made use of it in the evening and for a light breakfast in the mornings. Great location and would recommend."

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
