Very nice staff and rooms

Good clean hotel with very helpful staff

This hotel is excellent in ever way from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave very warm staff ,just a lovely place to relax and unwind

We were given a good welcome. Although evening meals are not served, there were some good restaurants nearby ( food was delicious at Chiakos). Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful even though one had been on duty for many hours with only a few hours sleep! Highly recommended.

It was awesome. Greta food. The mock sowrd battles in the dining hall were so fun. I loved the ind. cabins with the knight motif.

Martha was a lovely, attentive host. Hedley Villa Guest House is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking available directly outside. We had a lovely stay.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, loved that it was a buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Area is nice and secluded, has an element of peace and quiet.

Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money.
