"A lovely setting but the hotel could do with some updating. The grounds are amazing. Breakfast was disappointing, a good selection but the cooked breakfast was very under par. Disappointed that only the gym was included with our stay. The swimming pool and other facilities are all extra, this is outlined in the detail apparently but we didn’t read that far into the detail so maybe a warning for other travellers "

so never used the car for the four days of our stay. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.Staff were very friendly and helpful."
