Chesford Grange Hotel

"The room was lovely and spacious. Beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely too - a great temperature! The features of the hotel were really nice. We got to stay in the main ‘old’ building and it was a great experience! Lovely surroundings too. Car park filled up quick but there was an overflow carpark not too far."

"What was obviously a somewhat tired hotel in the not too distant past has had its rear and 'more modern' (compared to the original) accommodation thoroughly modernised to a very pleasingly high standard. The twin room we stayed in was comfortably spacious compared to other budget-medium price places we've stayed in, with all the amenities we needed and spotlessly clean. No noise at all with sounds from other guests above/below/or close by. Buffet breakfast (incl. cooked) was amazing - nothing wanting and good coffee. All the staff were amazingly helpful, nothing too much trouble and issues dealt with straight away. Windows can be opened a bit which we like for fresh air. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!"

"Lovely grounds and easy walk to the Castle . The room was built with bunks for kids, but as a couple we found if quite roomy. The breakfast buffet was good with fresh watermelon and pineapple a nice treat."
