"Nice property in a good location. Good parking . The only downside for me was the breakfast , nothing really healthy that I could eat . I would have liked to use the swimming pool but I thought £10 was a bit heavy . Would stay again because it was convenient for us."

"Hotel is nice with modern layout of rooms, I prefer te traditional layout of a bathroom as it was not practical in places. Food was nice except for the desert panna cotta which was not very nice and served in a dish like a trifle."

"Lovely hotel very much let down by breakfast staff. Breakfast buffet items were not refilled. Orders were taken only by chasing down a waitress who never followed up to actually deliver the breakfast order. Staff were plentiful but clearly untrained, uninterested and chatting among themselves while hiding from the patrons. Completely shambolic and unprofessional. It seemed that nobody was in charge or managing anything."

"The hotel is in a handy central location in the town, with plenty of easy parking. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed drinks and tea in the lounge/bar area. The room was a reasonable size, but allowing space just for a smaller double bed. The en Suite bathroom was fine, except for a broken toilet seat. Breakfast in the spacious dining room was pleasant, with a good choice of continental and cooked items. Overall a good place to stay."
