"Housing keeping staff were friendly. Hotel is very busy. Reception staff are overworked and have zero patience, they forget to action requests such as having no towels in the room for a second day. Restaurant is average at best. Room is dated Would I stop there again. No chance"

Did put a request on our booking that was ignored and were charged a ‘service charge’ without my permission on a food order I made at the bar on some light bites, so basically paid nearly £5 for someone to bring it from the kitchen!"
