We checked in on a Saturday evening. The 'single sofa beds' were single mattresses on the floor which made not tripping over a three year old when it was dark fairly tricky (twins), but we were only there for one night, so fine. Room (231) was right by the lifts, so it was fairly noisy, but there was nothing the hotel could do anything about that. However, at about 10pm our neighbours came back on both sides. On the side that we had an adjoining door with we could hear every single word of every single conversation, waking the girls up and keeping us all awake. The other side wasn't quite as bad but the walls must be incredibly thin. I know you can't control the noise of your neighbours but the flaw here lies mainly in the hotel design. The TV was impossible to work too - when we managed to get it on to TV there was channel which was hotel information. I'm sure that's not the case but not intuitive at all. Shame because it's a lovely modern hotel, nicely furnished and very clean, but i'd never stay there again nor recommend anyone with families to do so (or to stay next to a family - i'm sure our neighbours loved us getting up at 7am the next morning!).
