Hotel was gorgeous, unfortunately though we never got a chance to go in the pool or spa. Room was nice, nothing special. Downside to the room for us was the bed. It was a very firm mattress so just too hard for us, we didnt sleep great the 3 nights we stayed. However despite the bed we will 100% stay here again just the the fact everything else was amazing."

"2rd stay at this hotel. Refused upgrade said not available. Had to argue for a 1 1/2 hour late checkout we did get a one hour late( why not give the extra 1/2 hour we asked for. No free parking mentioned. We never ate at this hotel too expensive. The bar is small and difficult to find a seat except spillover in hall. Bar staff were very nice but to busy to talk and drinks were crazy expensive. The bathroom sink only produced scalding hot water or cold.😡 For a five star we expected better service"

"Room was clean and staff were nice. Good breakfast selection. Was quite busy over Easter and the kids corner in the lobby is a great idea. We could only book the pool for 30min slots which was the only downside. The walk to the town from the back was much nicer."
