"Lovely staff but I got barely any sleep across my two night stay. Not much the staff can do about being in a busy area, especially at night but it was so so noisy and lots of early morning glass emptying. They have done a lovely job on the interior but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I was staying for work. "

"Didn’t have breakfast. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Bed was really comfy with nice pillows and nice clean bedding. Shower was great and the shampoo and shower gel provided was lovely. There wasn’t a seat in front of a mirror though so I had to sit in the middle of the room at the full length mirror. There wasn’t a plug socket near the mirror either to blow dry my hair. It was a bit warm overnight and there was a bit of road noise with the window open, but the curtains made the room lovely and dark. Staff were efficient but not notably friendly. Overall a good, reasonably priced overnight stay with all we needed. We would have liked information about car parking prior to coming as the car park we ended up in after driving around had a max 18 hour stay so we had to get up in the morning and go and put more money on the ticket. "Great central location, lots of restaurants and shops and tourist activities on your doorstep, very walkable. Really handy having on-site parking at a reasonable cost. Good choice at breakfast for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and very fresh. Bar area is lovely and comfortable place to sit, dining room a functional area and staff great. Didn’t use fitness suite. Reception staff very welcoming. "
