"Mirk Cottage lived up to its description 100% and more. It was beautifully converted, spotlessly clean, stylishly and comfortably decorated. Everything was in immaculate condition and fully eqipped for long or short stays. There was clear information on how to use utilities and helpful suggestions for restaurants, pubs etc in the surrounding area. "We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The location is perfect, sitting right on the local canal in a very picturesque village. The local church bells add such a lovely, traditional touch to the stay. We also spent some time at The White Lion pub, which we’d definitely recommend to other travelers.
