Lovely market town, we did a walk around the castle and woodland park which was lovely. Had a scone and a tea at one of many Skipton cafes. Very cute.






The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Everything fine no single bed in room for 4yr old but sorted within 10mins ,reception and all staff very helpful and polite.

Just back from 4 night stay, loved the coziness of the cottage, and the welcoming constant warmth, despite the very cold weather! Hosts very responsive, and very amenable. Christmas Market was absolutely packed out. A great day to see the stalls but you MUST go EARLY.

Skipton is a nice market town but the real star is the surrounding countryside m, the Yorkshire Dales are a stunning place to visit and stay
Local Pub Fox & hound in Starbotton is a very sociable pub, your made to feel welcome with a very cosy feel. Food is excellent
We were given a free parking pass into the Bolton Abbey estate. Had a walk to the Strid then coffee and cake at the Pavilion.
