"Great location with easy walk to town. EV charging is a bonus and no issues with getting a space in the car park. Really friendly staff and complimentary upgrade was much appreciated."

"I booked for 3 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. It was a disaster from the time arrived. I had confirmation that I had a parking space reserved only to be told that there wasn’t one when I arrived. They told me check in was at 3pm. I went back at 3.30pm and they said my room wasn’t ready. I finally checked in at 3.50pm. My room was on the 3rd floor. The lift was out of service. I had to climb 3 floors with luggage and 2 young kids and not to mention I have a mobility issue. When we got the the room, there wasn’t any cooling facility, so we had to sleep with the windows open as it was 32 degrees heat. The window faced the main road so safe to say no one got any sleep. The blinds were broken so we slept in a bright room. The shower was cutting out mid shower, no soap/shower gel in the dispensers and there was no waste paper basket. They left two bin bags folded. I have complained to Expedia and I hope they will be refunding the 2 nights. Do not even bother! The photos on the website do not match the actually property."

"Following surgery my husband and I spent a couple nights away at this wonderful resort. Due to limitations with mobility we did not venture away from the hotel other than to visit the beach cafe opposite for dinner and instead enjoyed the resorts own gardens and spa. I pre booked a full body massage which was very relaxing and therapeutic. Whilst there my husband and I booked the 2 hour hydrothermal experience which costs £40 for guests or £25 as an add on if you have booked a massage. It was well worth it as we had gorgeous weather so made full use of the outdoor facilities too. Afterwards we went into the garden which offered a little shade from the hot sun and read our books. Feeling a little hungry we ventured inside to eat in Nourish where we enjoyed freshly cooked pizza, quiche n salad leaves, homemade coleslaw which we shared. Breakfast is served in the Brasserie restaurant offering a great variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, meats, cheese, pancakes, croissants, toast and a choice of freshly cooked breakfast meal choices. The beach opposite gave a beautiful backdrop to our relaxing break away. The staff are welcoming, helpful and spend time on the guests to talk and check all is as it should be."

"Stunning building, easy parking, great location, and the staff were brilliant. The room was decent but the bed was average, carpets are a bit worn, and a few bits haven't been dusted in a while. There's some mould in the bathroom too - not ideal, but nothing a quick bleach or clean couldn't fix. Two of our three nights had weddings going until midnight - noisy outside but fine in the room. Happy with our stay and would stay again, just needs a bit of attention."
