"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

Short walk (1/2 mile-ish) down to town but quite steep hill. Apartment is well equipped with utensils and pots, pans etc. Bed is comfortable. I would definitely book again if heading that way."

Our only thing for others to be aware of is there were young children staying on the top floor above us and they were running around constantly and footsteps definitely carry. "Hotel was excellent, staff were very accommodating and allowed us into our room early. We had our puppy with us and they made her very welcome. Room was huge, pool area was lovely and breakfast was delicious. The views were incredible and we would not hesitate to book again."
