"Excellent service from the receptionist on the day! We were attending the wedding and after speaking to the member of the reception team in the day, we were checked-in early, which allowed us to change clothes, leave the luggage, park the car and leave it there, get a taxi and enjoy the day. Thank you so much!"

"Hotel was good. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful especially the late night door man. The only drawback is you have to book with the hotel itself, not through a third party,to have a reserved parking space. There is very limited parking on the surrounding streets."

"This was a very last minute booking the same day and the receptionist was so helpful. The room was clean and warm and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice."

"When we arrived the door to our room was broken -- it would not open -- so they gave us another room. That room had no hot water, so they gave us another room. The staff was excellent, and the hotel is lovely. The location is very good."

"Waited quite awhile for the parking barrier to be lifted to allow access to the parking. There were a number of steps up to the entrance of the hotel. Difficult with heavy cases. Room was a good size, however the shower head was in need of a descale and the drainage in the bath needed to be looked at. In the mini bar there was an open bottle of tonic. On the whole the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great, but the evening meal was a bit of a let down. The shuttle bus was a godsend! What real spoiled the holiday was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working!"
