"Our room was opposite the lift and having arrived late, we were then woken very early (6.10am) by the ding dong sound of the lift as well as the sounds of people talking. The sound insulation along the corridors is awful. The staff kindly moved us to a different room, which helped with the lift sound but not the talking of other residents which started at 7.30am on a Sunday. Due to all the tiled floors sound seemed to reverberate around the hotel. The hotel seems to be going under renovation so...

"The place is spotlessly clean, there is plenty of free parking and the team there are excellent. The view from the room I had was stunning. It's very reasonably priced for what you get and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. They also have lodges and a motorhome park, it's great."

"Staff great helpful,room big enough bed bit uncomfy but for cost of it then I shouldn’t complain really ..everything was ok except not being able to get a drink as it only serves non alcoholic beverages lol but there’s a M&S garage just 5 mins down the road .overall experience was ok and I would recommend going as it was a bargain for the price "

Never again if it wasn’t for every other hotel fully booked for bank holiday I would have walked straight back out. "

"Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good."
