"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

Breakfast bacon hard and turned over on itself and cemented to itself. £35 steak tough - no information about how many days hung. Small bowls for cereal, small glasses for orange juice. Good variety of cereals at breakfast. Dining areas always very noisy - loud guffaws and very loud conversations. Guests at dinner in Bermuda shorts. Parking too far away from reception. Staff always helpful. Rooms lovely - large and well designed. Good design throughout hotel, especially pottery."

The baked Camembert was supposed to come with toast but came with bread so we had to get them to bring toast by which point the cheese was cold. The mains were mediocre in presentation and taste. A true disappointment in foods. "
