Pots & pans need replacing, need matches for the cooker, cleaning products, tea towels. Broken chair back in living room, uncomfortable sofa, could also do with some cushions. Also not happy that the check in details are provided at noon on the day of arrival, even though payment is taken in advance. Having said all that, if the issues were addressed I would stay...

"I have been staying at this hotel now for the past two years or so and it is stunning. The rooms are spotless with large wide screen tv’s. The only negative is the price of food and drink in the bar and restaurant. I paid £11 for a glass of wine there though staff are attentative. The cost for a room for the night if booked online is under £100 which is good value. I will be staying here again no doubt at all."

"My daughter and I had a lovley 1 night stay here. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in and use the facilities. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Our from was nice and spacious, clean and inviting. We made use of the pool which was perfect and refreshing due to the hot weather. Lovley breakfast included. Will be booking again in the future 😊"

"All good, pleasant and helpful staff, decent breakfast, room and common areas all well cleaned. Great for transport links, Excellent value. Only gripe was an extremely hot room - set right in the roof of the property with fairly limited ventilation and headroom. Difficult to complain as I had been ungraded to this room when travelling alone prior to my family joining me the following day for a long weekend break. It was also an uncommonly hot period in a heatwave. But maybe ask not to be put in a roof room on a hot day."

Clare was particularly helpful when our television would not work, she made two visits to our room to resolve the matter to our satisfaction.
