Park Plaza County Hall London
10/10 Excellent
"Close proximity to the hub of central London. It was the perfect stay. We walked to the theatre and restaurants! Clean and trendy !"

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

"Staff was on top of everything. Clean room. Everything excellent."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
8/10 Good
"I stay here a lot. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that there is always a faff over getting a receipt and it’s 15 quid to leave your bag for the day."

Sofitel London Heathrow

"Convenient, limited and costly dining options"

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
10/10 Excellent
"Great location. 10 to 15 minute walk to Westminster. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable, clean and even had a small fridge. Great to come back to. The staff was alway pleasant, helpful and considerate. I would recommend this hotel."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
8/10 Good
"Stayed in a standard double room overlooking Tower Bridge which the view was great. The room was very outdated and needed a bit more focus on the cleaning. No usb sockets and still old sockets for fax machines! The furniture was old wooden cupboards and the door to the one with the mini fridge was not quite on its hinge. The carpet, although vacuumed, could do with a clean and there were quite a number of lamps and surfaces with dust on. Walls we know become damaged which can't be helped but one of the lamp shades had brown stains marks on it. The sheet on the bed also had a tear in it. The bathroom, we found a hair or two and the bath itself was quite grubby and porus so appeared to be dirty. I know from experience this can be difficult to make look clean. There were rust marks on the tiles from where perhaps a handrail once was. It was also quite dark as only 3 spotlights. All that said, the view was lovely, were were staying for a special birthday and I had put this on my booking and around 10 minutes after arrival, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of wine and a slice of cake. We dined at Vicinity and the food was plentiful and again a complimentary slice of cheesecake was given for the birthday boy. Overall the sleep was fine, the bed itself was comfy although I have sensitive skin and did find the bedding a little too stiff. Breakfast in the Gallery was self serviced and plenty of continental and full English options available. We were room 643."

Park Plaza London Waterloo

"Traveled with kids so the pool has set allowed time for them and you have to reserve your time for use, with kids. That was a different negative experience for me, but minute in the overall stay. Customer service was excellent...breakfast was routine, but worked for us... highly recommend spending the little extra for the omelet! We had the breakfast included option, but the omelet is not included. Drinks and service at the bar were great. I especially thank those young ladies assisting me with the need for just lemon. My daughter was getting several bouts of upset stomach from motion sickness and they helped without judgment and with a generous portions. We did not have a single bad interaction with any staff. London was wonderful to us!"

Strand Palace Hotel

"Great value! Clean, helpful staff."

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow
6/10 Okay
"Hotel was good for one night but the bed for the third adult was nothing but a camp bed. Even though we didn’t arrive until 8pm, housekeeping had to be called to put the bed up. After a long day travelling, this wasn’t ideal. Neither was there a third tea cup or barely enough tea/coffee/sugar/milk for 3 people. There was no vanity area with plug sockets and mirror to do hair and makeup. For these reasons, we wouldn’t stay here again."
