"Nice property and excellent location in central London. Walking from paddington station. Restaurant buffet breakfast could be better with some more vegetarian options."

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

We were welcomed at the hotel with drinks and it was lovely. Everything was explained , they booked a taxi for us on the day after for our travel towards Europe.
Food was very nice at the restaurant too.
Vibrant place, new , spotless , large beds

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...

Amidst the hustle and bustle of London Bridge is a gem of a boutique hotel, The Lalit. The old school has been transformed into fabulous high ceilinged bedrooms and a must see dining room: the restoration has done this building proud. On a boiling hot and sticky day in London the accommodation provided an oasis of calm, noise free and air conditioned. I loved it.

Overnight stay for Valentine’s Day. Room upgraded on arrival. Complimentary chocolate and cookies at reception. Plenty of references to the buildings history (magistrates court and prison) - ask a member of staff for guided tour! ‘Spoiler Alert’ look out for the handcuffs on the chandelier in the entrance lobby. Hotel spotless, and staff keen to be if service. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for another night !

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking.
Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower.
Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

We were so impressed with our hotel. First and foremost ALL staff were extremely genuine, friendly and helpful. We had a swift check-in while drinking a free glass of champagne and eating chocolate brownies! Our room had been recently renovated and very spacious - superb bathroom with a large shower and beautiful tiled floor. We had a great view of the Thames and London Eye park, yet despite this our room was quiet. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked very clean. The breakfast was...

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.
