Also had people banging on our door and screaming in the hall at 1-2am. Had some really nice stays here previously but this stay was really uncomfortable. "

"I have stayed at this hotel many times with no issues, after the checking into our room we noticed the toilet would not flush, we reported it to reception and nothing was done for our two night stay we were constantly updating reception. We have to go down two floors to go to the toilet. Totally unacceptable."
