I stayed at the Bexley Village Hotel for five nights three months after the hotel opened, and couldn't tell that the business was so new. Bexley Village is a great location with lots of good restaurants and pubs and easy access to London (the station is two minutes away) and the hotel is contemporary, nicely decorated and well 'polished.' Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms with great decor.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
