"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "Excellent property in every way. The apartment is attractive inside and the views are incomparable and can be seen through nearly every window. The sofas and beds are comfortable, and everything is provided for cooking proper meals. My trusty stir-dry pan and sharp knives remained unused! There is every detail that we could want: hooks for all towels, dressing gowns and coats were particularly appreciated! The pool has fantastic views, is very clean, warm enough and has hot showers and clean toilets. Deckchairs and balcony furniture were also provided. The location is very accessible and close to a lovely town, Saint Gervais, and a great lake for bathing, as well as table tennis, two great high ropes courses, tennis, 2 mini golf courses nearby and wonderful mountain walks from our door. Chamonix was a very easy drive for the cable cars and Mer du Glace and Lake Annecy was a stunning drive away."

"Overall my 11 year old son and I had a good week in the SOWELL HOTELS Mont Blanc & Spa. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with well-prepared food and plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The main down-side is how worn and dated the room and all of the communal areas are. I'm not sure when it received it's 4* rating, but the property feels quite aged with bathroom furniture, doors and walls all very worn with visible damage."

"There is nothing around the property. Need to drive 15 minutes into town for any restaurants/bars. The place was not very clean. There is additional charges for linen and towels, which is not disclosed when booking. These linens all smelled of smoke. The apartment smelled with smoke from other people smoking in the building. Overall, we did not enjoy the stay."

"Le chalet est top, spacieux, avec une belle vue et tres bien équipé. Cassandre nous a bien accueillie et était toujours disponible par message pour nous aider.Un petit bémol sur la localisation du chalet qui est un peu loin des remontées mécaniques. Contrairement a ce que peut laisser penser l'annonce, une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre aux télécabines."

"The chalet was small, cute and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony made it wonderful every morning and evening we were there.
