En bas de cette montée, le stationnement des voitures est difficile et on a même trouvé un mot sur le pare-brise comme quoi il était interdit de se garer (mot anonyme). Trop de mobiliers dans le chalet et l'ambiance générale ne sentait pas la propreté. ##### christine N. Il est situé dans un chalet partagé avec d'autres appartements. - Le chalet est situé en hauteur dans la montagne. Il faut compter 15 minutes, l’été, pour aller à Saint Gervais sur une route de montagne. - Le chalet est difficilement accessible en voiture. La route finie par un chemin de terre très raide. - Il n’y a qu’une place de parking. Il faut garer la 2e voiture au parking «un peu » plus loin à 600 m dans la montée. :( - Accès rapide à des chemins de randonnée - Vue magnifique. - Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu voir des chevreuils..  - 10 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement. ##### David l. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2020 ### 6/10 Okay #### Dominique Pascal T. 2 Mar 2020 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Inaccessible Le chalet est très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle mais vu le prix du séjour, on serait en attente d'avoir un logement propre, de l'eau chaude à tout moment, une prise de courant qui fonctionne dans la salle de bain, des rideaux de douche, un porte douche en état, une vaisselle obsolète, des casseroles dont le Téflon est usé (cancérigène), un aspirateur en fin de vie, les literies à revoir ( peu confortable). Sur le site Abritel, le lieu ne correspond pas sur la carte Google malgré que nous avons trouvé le chalet bien placé pour l'accès au piste . Par contre, le chalet se trouve à 300 m d'une route, le chemin est impraticable (neige ou verglas) et très dangereux un équipement (pneu neige/chaines) est obligatoire , le chemin est tellement en pente que je n'ai pas voulu prendre de risque pour ma famille. Nous avons monté et descendu à plusieurs reprises le chemin avec valises, courses, ma mère de 76 ans et petits enfants de 4 et 6 mois, autant vous dire que c'était une corvée à chaque déplacement. Je suis déçu que nous n'aillons pas eu toutes ces informations avant, sinon nous aurions choisi un autre chalet. ASPETTI POSITIVI: -posizione isolata (per alcuni può essere negativo, la strada d’accesso non è battuta e in inverno spesso coperta da ghiaccio e neve: senza catene o 4x4 non si sale). -vista spettacolare: situata a Le Bettex, ci si sveglia con di fronte il Monte Bianco. -accesso agli impianti di risalita tramite sci: seguendo la pista di sci di fondo dietro allo chalet si arriva direttamente all’ovovia di Le Bettex. -spaziosa (ma non per dieci persone): sebbene vi siano dieci posti letto, difficilmente si riescono a gestire spazi e servizi per dieci persone. ASPETTI NEGATIVI: -sporcizia ed incuria: tralasciando il fatto che è uno chalet che viene affittato (e che quindi lo sporco è imputabile a vacanzieri forse non molto educati). Abbiamo dovuto ripulire completamente la cucina; comprare una pentola (che abbiamo deciso di lasciare a disposizione nella cucina) che non perdesse pezzi. Coperte con peli e polvere (ripulite da noi), letti e tappeti che abbiamo provato a “bonificare” con l’aspirapolvere datoci in dotazione: un apparecchio molto vecchio con all’interno un sacchetto raccogli-polvere apparentemente mai sostituito. Concludendo, se siete persone che si adattano, la casa è l’ideale soprattutto per la posizione. Ma non mi sento di dire che, dalle condizioni in cui l’abbiamo trovata, essa valga la cifra che chiedono. ##### Daniele B. Nous avons apprécié le site, face au Mont Blanc, et la possibilité de skier sans devoir reprendre les voitures ! L'appartement du chalet est très bien aménagé; la décoration y est chaleureuse et le chauffage confortable. Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser la cheminée à feu de bois mais elle existe et semble fonctionnelle. L'accès par le chemin a été un peu "compliqué", en raison des chutes de neige et des plaques de verglas rendant le sol fort glissant. Nous avons préféré monter les bagages à pied, avec l'aide de luges que nous avions apportés; pour des personnes cardiaques, il est préférable d'éviter cet exercice ! des véhicules 4x4 avec des pneus neige passaient mais l'équipement de chaines s'est révélé pour nous insuffisant. Merci aussi aux propriétaires pour les appels téléphoniques, permettant de préparer notre arrivée. Les 3 chambres et la mezzanine permettent d'accueillir 10 personnes dans de bonnes conditions de confort, sans utiliser de canapé-lit, ce qui est malheureusement souvent le cas dans les logements de vacances ... A recommander malgré le prix ! St Gervais les Bains, le Bettex et la chaine du Mont Blanc sont si beaux sous la neige !! Il parait que l'été , c'est bien aussi ... ##### Michel D. Il faut compter 15 min en poussant bien sur les bâtons pour rejoindre les remontées du Bettex et un peu moins pour le retour. Si vous avez de la neige! Si la neige est au rdv, c'est un endroit très charmant et isolé. Peu de voitures atteignent les chalets çar le chemin privé est pentu. Pas super pratique pour le ravitaillement ou si vous comptez utiliser votre voiture. Le chalet est bien décoré, avec goût. Il est fonctionnel. Très bien chauffé. Les jeux de société et livres sont bienvenus. Pour quelques idées futures, je conseillerais un plat à tarte, service fondue et batterie cuisson un peu plus récente ( le revêtement régal est HS) . Une balance et un batteur pour celles qui aiment attendre les sportifs avec un bon gateau... Des rideaux et tapis pour les douches. Il manque de quoi déneiger l'entrée avec une pelle solide. Wi-fi et télé manquent un peu tout de même. Nous avons passé un Tres agreable séjour neanmoins, je recommande vivement cet endroit. La description de l'annonce est conforme, le lieu, bien entretenu, les contacts avec le propriétaire excellents, enfin nous avons testé un seul restaurant l'Arbois, pour une fondue excellente. ##### Christine C. This review was submitted before 2018 and can't be verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Jagoba G. 24 Feb 2015 #### Un buen lugar como centro de Operaciones Estuvimos la última semana de Julio del 2.014 y lo utilizamos como centro de operaciones para nuestro exitosa expedición al Mont Blanc La casa se encuentra muy alejada de cualquier centro urbano, pero disponiendo de vehículo propio es una ventaja por lo tranquilo que es el lugar. Esta muy bien acondiciona (Tanto cocina, como baños) y es suficientemente amplia como para que 10 personas (distribuyéndose adecuadamente) puedan convivir tranquilamente. La comunicación con el propietario es adecuada. En nuestro caso, tuvimos unas pequeñas diferencia con el tema de la fianza, pero todo quedo arreglado con un par de e-mails... En resumen, un buen centro de operaciones (Si volviese por allí repetiría sin duda) ##### Jagoba G. Chalet magnifiquement décoré, propre, bien aménagé, vue splendide sur le Mont-Blanc, propriétaires non vus mais très agréables et nous donnant toutes les infos nécessaires. Nous avons apprécié les pistes de ski non loin du chalet; l'aller se faisant sur une piste de fond, un peu difficile pour les enfants, de 11 à 6 ans, mais possible tout de même et le retour ski aux pieds jusqu'au chalet par une piste de ski. Nous avons donc peu utilisé nos voitures. Les couchages sur la mezzanine donnant sur le salon sont possibles avec 4 ados qui ne se couchent pas trop tôt ou avec 2 jeunes enfants et on tire le rideau ! A 4, on ne peut pas tirer le rideau ! Excellents souvenirs pour nos enfants et nous-mêmes. ##### Claire J. La pièce principale qui jouit d'un magnifique panorama sur le Mont Blanc est très agréable. C'est un endroit où il fait bon vivre, idéal pour passer des vacances en familles ou entre amis. Le retour au au chalet ski aux pieds est toujours un bonheur.
