"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "Perfect ski in and out ideal for a short ski break. Hotel decor in bedroom and dining room is tired and needs updating. The breakfast room has stunning views of mount Blanc. Food was delicious. Disappointing the fire pit was not ever lit. Spa was definitely a bonus. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great location. "
