Perfect base to explore Chamonix
"We stayed in this hotel as part of a trip around France and this was our favourite hotel. Friendly service, we loved our family room and the restaurant is fantastic with great options for kids and adults. Breakfast is wonderful too. Breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from the window."

The view of the mountains from the room & terraces was spectacular. The spa area was a calming santuary surrounded by trees nature & mountain views to enjoy. The the terrace to eat breakfast in a morning was a lovely place to sit & enjoy views of Mount Blanc & Aguille du Midi. The bar area was well thought out & makes the most of the light with floor to ceiling window opening onto the terrace. The location to Chamonix & Aguille du Midi cable car is an easy 5-7 minutes walk. The decor in room could do with reviewing, it appeared dark no matter what time of day. Good for black out at night. But very dark for seeing during the day. Prehaps better lighting in the rooms & shade lighter on the walls may help. Staff were friendly & professional. The housekeeping is good. Breakfast was really good with a varitey of meats, cheeses, pastries, crepes, baguette,fruit, nuts, yoguart & hot cooked breakfast. The aspect of the hotel captures the most breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. The spa/ pool area captures full sun all day long. We had the most enjoyable stay.
