The staff is absolutely wonderful and they will help you throughout your stay. Matt and Paul are the drivers and they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and dropped us off at the lifts and everywhere else that we needed to go. The hotel’s cocktail bar is nice as well and the cocktails were delicious but it does close a bit early. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though.
