Not sure if it was because it was end of season but whole area in need of some tlc. Restaurant closed apart from pre ordered breakfast. Kitchen drawers had food bits in them an floor dirty. Not shown where bins or indoor pool was on arrival. Chair broken. A shame as has potential.

everything absolutely perfect ,, only improve coffe options in the “bar” . Asked 2 single espresso macchiatos - lady asked me to do it by myself in the breakfast automatic coffe machine and at the end she asked me to pay 8,40€ !!!!! joke

Staff was excellent. But for a four star hotel I thought it was lacking. Small rooms. Pretty basic decor. One of the worst showers — barely a trickle, not hot, and drain backed up. Prices were elevated unreasonably (5€ a 33cl soda in the minibar, 8€ a beer).
It wasn’t a bad experience. But for the price I paid I’d expect a better experience.

The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. The staff were good, but the room I was in desperately needs improving, in terms of fixing items, repairing tiles and sealent around the bath etc. Its tired and wouldn't take much to do. But the rooms were clean.
