Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.

Cozy atmosphere

Large clean hotel on outskirts of Chamonix with bus stops outside. Washer and dryer facilities available in the basement which are welcome when touring.

What a fantastic hotel, amazing & helpful staff, excellent location, the rooms fit the environment all seasons catered for. We used the relaxing the Spa & pool several times during our stay.

This was a lovrly family hotel a short walk from the town of Saint Gervais les Bains and the ski area. The owners were friendly and helpful anc the breakfast perfect for setting you up for a day on the slopes Highly recommended

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting, the host Alain could not have been more helpful or accommodating, this was a last minute booking after we desperately required accommodation overnight before moving on to our final destination and we left wishing we had stayed longer!

We loved our stay in this hotel. I would strugle to find any negative comments about it. One of the reasons we chosen it was all the positive feedback online and it is all true. Hotel owner Mauricio and his staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with whatever you need. Excellent hotel stay. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, the stunning view from our window, the kind staff and delicious breakfast.

We were blown away by the property. We simply didn't expect it to be so nice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The walk into town is a bit long, but the weather was nice and we didn't mind. The only thing we were underwhelmed with was that when we asked to use the outside jacuzzi, a member of staff went to open it, checked the water temperature, told us that was going to be "not very hot" but didn't hear the water so we used it with lukewarm water, which isn't great. It is a beautiful property in a perfect location . However, having been an abbey the rooms overlooking the lake were very small and cramped for two people. There is no lift due to planning restrictions - this should be made very clear on the website and booking platform, as those with mobility problems would find it almost impossible.
