My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

Very good, clean, good location.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and our room superb - very spacious, extremely bright, with a terrific bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with all of the food being extremely fresh. The hotel is right next to Notting Hill tube station and is surrounded by stunning houses, a number of great restaurants as well as Kensington Park.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable and spacious, well maintained rooms. Great area. Close walk to Tube, Hyde Park, restaurants, multiple pubs, shopping, a couple of grocery options if you need them. There's a laundromat a block away if you need it.

Great addition to London hotel scene. Modern in heritage building. Great quality food (especially breakfast). Young and enthusiastic staff.

Good location, terraced style apartment

I love this place so much I'm going back again at the end of August. It has everything that the traveller in London would want: dear little kitchen with fridge, hotplate and microwave; en suite, lots of beautiful objects that lend the place character, scrupulously clean, every-obliging staff, central to everything, and with restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office and many shops within a stone's throw. It even has a guest lounge, a garden and a laundry.

Lovely hotel. Basic but clean room, comfy bed, nice showers. Good location and close to several underground stations, right by Hyde Park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only slight downside was we were in a room on the bottom floor and there was quite a lot of noise from the floorboards of people moving along the corridors upstairs, not a huge deal though, I’d definitely book again if staying in the Paddington area.

Nice hotel, great location and very helpful and friendly staff

It was excellent value for money. Staff really helpful, friendly. The room was clean, basic but that's what we expected to be fair. Breakfast in the morning was good. I would use again.

Fantastic value, great location, lovely people and fabulous room. Not a single negative for me - and I am super fussy!!
