We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

Staff are always amazing here. Only complaint is the noisy fridge - make sure you pull this out of the room before trying to sleep.

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. Great hotel , with character. Good location, friendly staff.

This is a great hotel! Really well placed for transport links - buses, cable cars and trams. Room was very large, bed really comfortable. Very handy info guide at check-in that highlights local places to eat and drink. Pinecrest Diner is diagonally opposite and is great! I travelled as a solo female and felt safe at all times. Highly recommend!

First time stay at this hotel. Great location. Great public transport almost on doorstep. Great customer service at front desk. Al at the bar was excellent and gave some great tips on getting about. We were in Room 504, and had a view of Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. We asked for a mini fridge and coffee making facilities, and by the time we got back from our trip for dinner, they were set up in our room for us. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Generally a good hotel option, but I want to specifically call out the excellent service from Anna, the Front desk lead. I explained that I needed to get to sleep very early, and that I was worried about noise because it so happened there was a big sports event in town with lots of people visiting. Anna moved my room so that it was in the quietest part of the hotel with empty rooms adjacent, and indeed I had a very peaceful night! So thanks, Anna. I almost didn't want to write a review as it tells everyone else how great this place is. Checked out today after 8 nights in a 1 bed apartment. I travelled alone for work and having a lounge, bedroom, and kitchen is fantastic for relaxation in downtime. A super comfy bed, breakfast is pretty good, and parking is easy.
