There’s a bug on the counter and shower has no door so water all over on the floor and there’s no drain on the bathroom floor so I had to use towel to wipe it off. It was a quick stay for the concert but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean, nice space. The elevator smelled like urine, which was very unpleasant. The staff also never responded to any of the messages sent through Expedia after the booking was made. Even after checked in and made several requests in person, the front desk staff repeatedly brushed me off and told me to come back later or next day. This happened throughout our entire two-day stay, and our concerns were not properly addressed.
