"Good parking, a lovely staff member checked us in and the communal spaces were clean and quiet. Disabled access wise it was very good, the accessible room was wonderful and i had no issues as a full time manual wheelchair user. Plenty of space in lifts and for when moving around in the breakfast dining area too. The included breakfast was much more than we expected, in a good way. And we were able to refreeze our ice packs overnight upon asking if this was an option."

"I’ve stayed here before several times in the same room but this time the bathroom had a dirty smell possibly the drains/urine. I brought it to the attention of the staff who agreed it didn’t snell clean and they said they would bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff the next day."

"All was good with the hotel with the exception of the temperature control in the room. It was a warm week but the temperature control in the room seemed only capable to heat the room making it feel like a sauna and not conducive for a good nights sleep. Staff tried to help but there was nothing they could do. My advice is that if the weather is warm then ask for a room to the rear of the hotel, I think the rooms are smaller but they don't have the large windows which cause the room to overheat."
