"Barcelo Raval is a very good hotel in a not so good neighborhood (both taxi drivers we used, arriving and leaving told us the same thing) . But inside is very good, with an outstanding observation deck on top floor, 360 degrees (whole city viewable) with a bar; this deck alone can make a difference. So, you probably don't want to be walking outside the hotel at night, but if moving by taxi or other transportation, it's fine."

Price was very high but we were here during La Merce festival so it makes sense. We could hear the concerts from our outdoor patio! Great stay!"
