The hotel has a perfect location to all the center attractions. Walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and Englsih speaking. I had two rooms reserved and arrived way before checking time, the staff was able to provide with one room so we could rest after long trip. The hotel helped locate near by COVID test center I needed for my cruise. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioner excellent. I will definetly return to this hotel. We loved. A famil of five

Our stay here was great. The location was perfect. Right in the heart of the designer district with great transport links. Lots of places to eat/drink. The staff especually Laia and tge gentleman that takes ur bags etc were AMAZING. couldnt fault the team at all. They were very helpful and always happy and polite... only downside was that there wasnt an iron and ironing board in our room and the beds werent the comfiest. Had back ache the whole time. And the breakfast that we paid for was horrible. The hot plates were cold. So that was a downfall especially as we paid for it. The rooftop lounge is nice, unfortunately we didnt get to experience one of the dj nights, but the armosphere was ok. We preferred to go out on the strip and drink. Overall had a great stay. Shopped way too much and had a great time nonetheless. Would defo recommend and return...if they have better beds lol.
