We ended a cruise in Barcelona at a time that made it impossible to get a flight with one connection to the PNW. Thus, we were required to spend the night. We loved our hotel. The room was elegant, location was great and the staff was supportive with airlines passes and guidance on nearby sightseeing. ...
Lovely turn of the century classic completely updated to 21st century standards. Located in Garcia neighborhood so easy walking to sites. Staff was very very attentive and the roof top bar a perfect ending to each day watching the sunset over the city. We'll be back.
Stayed here for six nights in September. Gorgeous room, I got an update when the staff realised it was my birthday. On the day I was sent a birthday cake and card. Hotel is in a great location on the beach. Pools are lovely, food excellent and gym is massive! Will definitely be back
We decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary at the El Palace hotel which is possible the best hotel we have stayed in and although not the the cheapest hotel it was money well spent. The staff and hotel are excellent. Old fashioned style with superb service.
Great staff. So hospitable, arranged the dinner's at the best local favorites, not in the guide books. Very helpful and genuinely interested in my having the best time,
The staff at this hotel is amazing and attentive! Loved the roof top terrace! Location is perfect!! But because of all the Positive reviews my expectations were very high. My room 407 was very noisy! The cleaning ladies had their quarters right next to it and it would get very loud by 7am! Impossible ...
This hotel was amazing. I fully recommend getting a duplex suite as it made the whole night so special, and being in our own jacuzzi bath looking out on to the lights of Barcelona was magical. You also get access to vip lounge and swimming pool and spa! Only downside was a large group playing loud ...
The hotel is an average Ritz-Carlton hotel. It's within walking distance to the beach and metro. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly. Wifi, room service, and mini bar are over the top expensive, though.
We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very nice and always clean. The hotel staff was extremely responsive and helpful with every request. The Tapas and Wine at night were an extra nice addition. Complimentary water, daily, in the room was also an extra nice addition.
