"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. My gripe was with the shower in our room. The water wouldn’t drain quickly so if you showered more then a minute the bathroom would flood. There was no tub just a small glass wall between the shower and the toilet and sink. I asked the staff the first morning we were there to send maintenance to unclog the drain and the woman told me she put in a work order. She said someone would come sort it out that day which was fine since we were out all day. Needless to say nothing changed and the bathroom still flooded. I don’t want to give the hotel too low of a rating since everything else was great but the shower situation really annoyed me."
