I found it clean, calm and comfortable. Host was very welcoming. I would recommend everyone to visit once.

Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful location and bedrooms. However communal area ie. Accommodation stairs and hallway needs attention. Parking can be an issue as anyone can park in pub carpark for free, just to go to the beach for the day.

Very friendly hotel. Staff and other residents very welcoming. Excellent family New Year’s Eve disco. Breakfast was top quality. Would defiantly stay again.

Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

Such a lovely place to stay for my friends wedding, staff were so friendly and accommodation allowing me to check in early so I could get ready. Room was comfy and clean and breakfast was delicious and such a good portion! Would 100% recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected.

We love here for that reason this is our second trip. Little bit hilly but that's OK. Food at the restaurant is tasty, however BINGO !! You have to be fan of this entertainment otherwise beautiful place to spend quality time. Next time definitely we're planning to stay longer. Thanks guys !

Friendly staff and were attentive at all times. Good food, both evening meal in restaurant and the breakfasts that we had. Clean room. Pool was warm and clean including changing areas. Lovely relaxing stay in lovely location and grounds.

Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

Fantastic we were given an upgrade , a room with a four poster bed , unfortunately we found the mattress to be too firm for our liking , but that was the only thing wrong with our stay , and still enjoyed ourselves .

We were visiting family in the area and this fit the bill perfectly for location. The room was large and very well appointed with walk in shower in large bathroom. Toiletries were provided if required and soft bath towels. Spotlessly clean in boththe bedroom and bathroom. A kettle and mugs was available with a selection of both coffee and tea or chocolate with proper sized mugs for making it in. Being diabetic on insulin I asked if they could store more insulin in a fridge which was no problem...
