I’ve gone past this hotel so many times over the years when I was seeing someone who lived in caister. She always put me off going there I’m so glad we split up and I didn’t listen to her and stayed here Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff really friendly and helpful The pool, steam room etc was really good and clean A great breakfast with really great staff 10 out of ten and I will go back Thank you

Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

All the little additions that make a great b&b are considered and make the stay special. The breakfast is good value and the service is really attentive and aimed to give you a great experience. The information they provide is also helpful but they could do with up dating some of the restaurant reccomendations which were in some cases overly optimistic in the presentation! Fab stay would thoroughly reccomend.

We were visiting family in the area and this fit the bill perfectly for location. The room was large and very well appointed with walk in shower in large bathroom. Toiletries were provided if required and soft bath towels. Spotlessly clean in boththe bedroom and bathroom. A kettle and mugs was available with a selection of both coffee and tea or chocolate with proper sized mugs for making it in. Being diabetic on insulin I asked if they could store more insulin in a fridge which was no problem...

Beautiful little cottage, close too all amenities your never 10 mins from the coastline. Dog friendly Very Comfortable two bedroom Beautiful downstair bathroom and Ensuite shower room in master bedroom. We had the opportunity of meeting our host Wendy and Dave very lovely people. Highly recommended

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The breakfasts were excellent. We will certainly stay at the Furzedown next time we come to Great Yarmouth.

Arrived at the Shrewsbury after a very long journey. Was greeted by sandie who was friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. She showed us to room which was very well equipped and extremely clean. We had the four poster suite which was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic served by Tony who was always very friendly and always found time for a chat offering a wide range which filled us up till the evening. We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. The location was not what we expected from a seaside hotel

This hotel was lovely. Welcoming staff The room was clean the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend getting a room at the front if you have children it might be a bit noisy early hours of the morning. The room was lovely fantastic view comfy bed think it would have been nice if the windows were slightly cleaner but it wasn’t a massive problem.
