"Our whole stay from start to finish was top notch! Each & every staff member we encountered went above & beyond, exceeding all expectations whilst delivering phenomenal customer service, making us feel special & truly valued. Absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble & we could not fault anything! I'm so sorry I didn't get everyone's names but they all deserve a mention & are a credit to the establishment! Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who took our car registration to enable us to take advantage of the free parking in zone A just around the corner from the hotel. We were checked in later by the lady owner who explained everything & again was so warm, professional & welcoming! Her husband Tom was fantastic, as were Lily & Alex. We were lucky enough to stay in their Junior Suite which was spacious & well appointed with great ameneties, quality fixtures, fittings, plenty of cupboard space, a fridge, walk in wardrobe with drawers, ironing board etc. The bed was a sumptuous memory foam king, with quality sheets & duvet cover. The ensuite was spacious, with soft fluffy towels & Ocean Hotel vegan friendly shower gel/shampoo/handwash was great quality & a lovely touch. Fantastic sea view from our window, a table with 2 lounge chairs, accompanied by a luxurious chaise longue finishing the room off perfectly. Breakfast was 5 star with plenty of choice of quality products, lovely fresh ground coffee, fresh juices etc. Thank you to everyone for making our stay PERFECT!"
