"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

Whilst the restaurant and bar was greatly appreciated, more people may utilise if some simple meals were also available as not everyone can eat rich or spicy foods. Also advertising that take-away is available may also increase sales."

"This place is amazing! I stayed here with my two sons in a two bedroom apartment-style unit. Overall, the facility is great, a luxury apartment on a property that felt like being in a national park. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Swimming pools were large and luxurious with pool-side bars. On-site dining in room service were also great. I would definitely stay here again."
