Great location, a few steps away from the Tram and the beach, central to food, bars and entertainment. Shopping is 4 tram stops away. Lovely staff and noise was kept low. great to see a few older travelers, not just the backpackers. two small negatives where the messy shower stalls and the unhygienic kitchen towels that where quite dirty and a health hazard imo. Great to see "quiet hours" for those travelers with busy schedules. The fridge rules are also great!

Reception stinks if cigarette smoke, private spa bath still had dirty water in it and didn’t look clean, light missing from balcony. Main pool looked decent and the location. Place needs a bit of tlc, don’t recommend booking 3brm apt if elderly or have mobility issues.
